Ans: First you assign the tasks to the team, we will provide you the hours based on Magento standards. For custom development or complex integration, it may vary. As per the priority set by you, we will start commencing the work.

Ans: Of course, yes! You can hire a resource for a one-time project. Based on the requirement you share, we can accommodate the plan to go with. Once the project is done, you can unsubscribe from the plan.

Ans: Any task related to Magento you can assign to the resource. It can be Bug fixes to custom development or configuration. We do not restrain you from giving any task that includes in your plan. Please refer to the plan.

Ans: Yes, why not! You can assign different tasks from different stores. However, one task at a time can be done by the expert. You have to priorities your tasks based on the urgency or importance you have.
Q6: At what time does the resource work?
Ans: We are based in India and hence follow the IST. Our work hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. Though, we can manage few hours up or down for updates and communication.
Q7: Do you offer support if necessary?
Ans: Yes, we do. A dedicated project manager is available to schedule a call. We can discuss any tasks or projects via Zoom or any other preferred tool.
Q8: How should I buy the plan?
Ans: Once you select the plan after communicating with our sales representative, we will provide the bank details to buy the plan.

Ans: You have to pay 100% in advance for each month. (Start of every month)

Ans: You will own the entire source code of the tasks you will assign.

Ans: There is no upper or lower limit of the contract. You can continue the contract “n” number of months or terminate the plan within 30-days.

Ans: A dedicated account manager will notify you at the end of every month. If you do not wish to continue the plan or downgrade, you have to notify us 15 days prior.

Ans: These plans are risk-free. We are having a team of dedicated and certified Magento resources. We believe there is always a solution to each problem and bet you on our services. Hence, there is no refund policy.

Ans: You have to tell us 15 days prior about the downgrade or discontinuation of the plan. However, you can upgrade the plan at any time. Just intimate us to manage the bandwidth we have.
