Navigate Commerce is seeking a talented full-time Business Development Executive who can become a valuable Navigator to the sales team. The candidate must be able to provide organic leads to the team with valid information and have strong data analysis skills. The individual will also need to maintain and improve organizational best practices and ensure their team's growth.

  • Organic lead generation through different online portals, social platforms, and other related web sources to generate new business.
  • Daily submission of leads and structurally organizing prospect data into CRM
  • Cold-email marketing and Social media marketing to larger markets of e-commerce merchants and businesses Responsible for client handling, managing records, and adhering to solid sales responsibilities.
  • Work closely with the team on new prospects to meet the sales objectives.
  • Refine the sales documentation for candidates and schedule a follow-up.
  • Efficiently communicate with respective departments (Pre-sales, Development, QA, and Marketing) to know more about new projects and extensions.
  • Assisting the sales team in progressing the sales cycle.
Technical Skills
  • 2 to 3 years of sales and business development experience in e-commerce or IT domain
  • Exceptional knowledge of lead generation tools and ability to filter out criteria on the customer personas
  • Aware of e-commerce domain and software markets
  • Must be a self-learner, disciplined and easy-to-adapt processes
  • Good hands-on MS Office and google search
  • Strong skills in organizing workflow, ideas, materials, and people and Talented in problem-solving
