About the Role
We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience designing intuitive, conversion-focused digital experiences, especially for eCommerce platforms. This role will collaborate closely with developers, strategists, and stakeholders to translate business goals into seamless user journeys that drive engagement and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centric UI/UX solutions for eCommerce websites, landing pages, and digital products
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive design experiences
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and analyze user behavior to improve experiences
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
- Optimize user journeys for conversion, usability, and accessibility
- Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency across platforms
- Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and performance insights
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of practical UI/UX design experience, preferably in eCommerce
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred)
- Experience designing for responsive web and mobile-first experiences
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with developers and stakeholders
- Understanding of CRO principles and how design impacts conversions
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail
